Joy Ajara

Joy Ayara is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and the founder of Simply Law, A law platform dedicated to bridging the gaps in legal literacy and helping thousands of Nigerians access comprehensible legal information and guidance. She is a chartered mediator and conciliation (ChMC), and her work has been referenced in law classrooms, law journals, and other law articles nationwide.

Joy has worked with over 70 organizations, including government agencies, corporate businesses, startups, law firms, international organizations, etc., in the last 4 years, where she has developed policy documents, written and reviewed contracts and key business documents, provided legal consultancy to ensure regulatory compliance through her vast experience with legal, due diligence.

Joy is actively shaping the world by organizing and facilitating several conferences and programs focused on improving the quality and accessibility of education, leadership development and mentorship, entrepreneurship, health, gender-sensitive issues, agriculture and food security, diversity and inclusion, etc.

Joy gained her LLB from the University of Calabar and her BL. from the Nigerian Law School.
