The central theme of this edition is, “Implementing cocoa sustainability systems in Nigeria”. This webinar edition is being organized in collaboration with Rainforest Alliance through the support of the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger-Delta- PIND.
About the Program
The 1-hour cocoa sustainability webinar is organized to;
1. Increase knowledge and adoption of the certification/traceability standards through collaboration with relevant stakeholders,
2. Facilitate cross-learning sessions using the participatory approach (Q&A) to support the implementation of sustainability programs for cocoa production,
3. Provide a platform to network and interact with current and prospective market actors who are implementing a structured product traceability management system, and
4. Provide further information on key issues such as management systems of agricultural enterprises, traceability, shared income and responsibilities, production, working conditions and environment conservation.Considering the above, we hereby request your full participation at this insightful Cocoa sustainability webinar.
