Tuoyo Omagbitse Blessing

Tuoyo is a Senior Market Development Advisor with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing programs aimed at supporting micro small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including smallholder farmers in agricultural value chains to increase their productivity, income, and job creation. He currently manages the Access to Technical and Business Development Services thematic area/initiatives in PIND.

Tuoyo holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Delta State University, Nigeria, a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (BEng) from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from the same University.

Tuoyo has received extensive training in enterprise development, value chain analysis and development, monitoring and result management using the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) standard by Devlearn, Project Management by MDF West Africa, Making Market Systems Work (MMSW) by Spring Field Center, Bangkok, Thailand and an exchange visit to MUSIKA Development Initiatives, Zambia, among others.
