Biography
Sylvester is a highly driven and results-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Benin. He holds a certification in project management from the Chartered Institute of Project Management (CIPM) and HSE Levels 1, 2, and 3 certifications from the World Safety Organisation (WSO) Nigeria.
Before joining PIND, Sylvester honed his skills in the freight sector, coordinating logistics and supply chain operations for a startup online shopping company. In this role, he actively participated in developing new projects, streamlining operations, and implementing digital solutions. He also possesses experience providing strategic oversight of technical operations for a private engineering service company, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive market edge.
He is creative and passionate about applying innovation and utilizing his skills to stimulate positive change within the development landscape.
