Tunji Idowu – Global Executive Leader

Tunji Idowu is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), bringing over 35 years of global expertise across non-profit management, corporate affairs, human resources, and leadership development. A trailblazer in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within corporate Nigeria, Tunji also contributed to expanding Chevron’s DEI initiatives globally. His work in the Niger Delta, focused on community engagement and poverty reduction, underscores his commitment to sustainable development. Tunji’s passion for nurturing future leaders is evident in his mentoring efforts. He holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s College, California, a post-graduate diploma in Mass Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), mediator, facilitator, and leadership coach, continuously contributing to the growth of organizations and individuals alike.
