Ndifreke Patrick is a strategy development expert, training & development expert, organizational development professional, and policy shaper with close to two decades of professional experience working with NGOs, CSOs, Government Agencies, Multinationals, & the Private Sector to drive pragmatic solutions for the transformation of marginalized and underserved demographic and communities in Africa.

With a profound understanding of youth-focused, youth-led, and youth-work interventions design & strategy for facilitating scalable and sustainable development, Ndifreke has dedicated his career to ensuring that policies & frameworks, projects & programs, systems & structures, and collaboration & partnerships empowers and enable young people to ultimately lead productive lives, promote their economic well being, amplify their agency, and impact their communities for good.

Ndifreke has led & facilitated the successful implementation of multinational and corporate funded initiatives/projects; coordinated regional-level initiatives in partnerships with implementing partners of Google Nigeria, World Bank, USAID, UNDEF, UKAID, and Commonwealth Foundation, FORD Foundation funded projects & International Labor Organization (ILO); and supported the growth of several organizations through strategic organizational development practices and systems.
