Misan Edema-Sillo

Misan is PIND’s Economic Development Manager, specializing in market systems and agricultural value chain development, capacity building, and small business development. With a diverse career spanning over 20 years, Misan is also experienced in microfinance, commercial banking, and pension fund administration, having worked with ARM Pensions and First City Monument Bank Plc.

Misan holds a Second-Class Upper degree in Philosophy from the University of Benin and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has received extensive training in agricultural value chains and market systems development from prestigious institutions, including the Springfield Centre UK, Making Markets Work (M4P) course in Bangkok, Thailand. He is one of Nigeria’s few certified trainers of the M4P course. Additionally, Misan is an African Venture Philanthropy Alliance (AVPA) 2023 fellow and a member of the Institute of Economic Development (IED), UK.
