Biography
Adedayo Kehinde Oguntuase is a Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation Expert. He held similar positions in different projects.
His key competence is in Inclusive Market development, focusing on Value Chain Development as a tool for enterprise development within the MSME private sector sphere (scoping, identification, analysis, upgrading/promotion, facilitating, managing, and M&E). In doing this, enabling the private sector to drive the strategies while collaborating with the public sector and other service providers is a major purpose.
He has an excellent knowledge of the Making Market Work for the Poor (M4P) approach, which aims to make the markets work for the excluded poor/gender within the value chains. He is competent in using various statistical tools (e.g., SPSS. SAS, STATA) to analyze and interpret multiple data.
He is skilled in data analysis and electronic data collection, including SurveyCTO, Open Data Kit (ODK), KoboCollect, and Magpi. His other areas of competence include Farm Economic Analysis (FEA), Extension Delivery Services Management, and capacity building.
He holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and over 20 years of experience.
