PIND Strategic Plan 2015 – 2019

Chevron commenced a second, five-year phase of funding of US $40 million at the beginning of 2015 which will last until the end of 2019. This will be used to drive the acquisition of new partners and investments in new and existing market sectors with high employment potential, increase the density of the Partners for Peace network, build conflict mitigation capacity, expand integrated advocacy campaigns addressing constraints to development, and strengthen institutional capacity of PIND, NDPI, States, local government councils, civil society organizations, including business membership organizations and communities.

Below is our strategic plan that outlines in broad terms the strategic objectives, framework, approaches and priorities for this second phase of funding, including the programs and opportunities for reducing poverty and conflict in the Niger Delta region.
