Similarly, PIND in partnership with Unboxed Conference in 2023,convened young professionals in Asaba Delta State. The event provided the opportunity for young people in various career fields to be mentored by skilled professionals.


PIND reaffirmed its dedication to youth development at the 2024 YP-Akure event, where over 200 young professionals received mentorship and career guidance. Executive Director Tunji Idowu emphasized the importance of personal branding and showcased PIND’s Youth Employment Pathways (YEP) program, which provides skills training and job opportunities in the Niger Delta.
