Disclaimer (12/10/20) – Email Subject: Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND)

It has come to our attention that an email was circulated impersonating a staff of PIND at about 8:43 PM yesterday Sunday, October 11, 2020.  The subject of the email is “Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND)” and it recommends that the receiver(s) click a suspected malicious link within the body of the email.

 

Please be informed that the email in question was not shared by any staff or representative of PIND.

 

We wish to dissociate ourselves from this, and advise our partners to please verify that emails received are sent using the @pindfoundation.org/staging/ email domain as this is the only official domain for email communications on behalf of PIND. Also, for social media, kindly engage only with the official PIND social media handles using @pindfoundation across all social media platforms. You can also engage with us on our website; www.pindfoundation.org.

 

Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of an email, letter, or telephone communication purportedly from, for, or on behalf of PIND, please send us an email query via info@pindfoundation.org before taking any further action in relation to the correspondence.
