PIND’s palm oil program linked up palm oil processors in Imo State with the National Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR) in Benin, Edo State, for a six-week training on how to make the NIFOR-invented digester screw press, a technology that boosts production of palm oil by up to 15% for small-scale producers.
