The Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND)’s Aquaculture team is organizing a virtual training on fish processing and filleting with Dr. Armit Morey – an associate professor from Auburn University in the US.
The one day training is scheduled to kick-off at 3:30pm on Friday the 19th of February 2021, and invites all interested fish processors to join via Zoom communications platform and share in the knowledge of the volunteering expert who will be practically building the capacity of existing and potential fish processors, Aquaculture service providers, and farmers in the Niger Delta, over the internet.
This webinar will shape the skills of existing and potential fish processors on fish filleting (removing the bones from a fish) which is an aspect of fish processing that will enable them to meet the available opportunity and demand for fish fillet within and outside the region.
