Biography

Sandra is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. She also holds membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply CIPS, UK and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport CILT, UK.

Sandra began her career in banking and finance before transitioning to procurement and supply chain management within the development and humanitarian sector. She has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Crown Agents Nigeria, GFA Consulting group, Chemonics International Inc and Catholic Relief Services. She has also managed several complex procurement projects and provided technical assistance, training and support to government agencies, implementing project partners and staff.

Her expertise in procurement and supply chain services have been instrumental to the successful execution of strategies in the complex supply chain terrain in the country’s development sector. Sandra joined PIND in May 2024 with a vision to provide technical support to locally led project implementation in the Nigerian development and humanitarian space.

Sandra is married with four grown-up children and enjoys reading, dancing and traveling.
