PIND Foundation is inviting prospective organizations through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to submit their proposal for Market Systems Development- A Consultant as M4P Training Workshop Facilitator.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To engage a trainer/facilitator for the training workshop. Facilitate M4P training workshop for 16 participants drawn from 16 organizations. The trainer will work with a co-trainer to deliver the training. Duration for this assignment will be three days from March 10 – March 12. The consultant is expected to arrive on Monday 9th to commence work on Tuesday morning (March 10th). Consultant activities will be Planning and preparation, M4P training interactive session/workshop, detailed report of training including, evaluation feedback and commitment from participants. Country: Nigeria
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a university degree and implemented projects using M4P approach for at least 5 years. Consultant must have fully participated in one of the two M4P TOT trainings organized by PIND and MADE in 2015 or 2017. Consultant(s) must be able to communicate fluently in English and be able to relate well with youth and adult audience. Women who graduated from the TOT are encouraged to apply.
