To develop quality brood stock for catfish in order to improve farmers access to quality fish seed, PIND partnered Fisheries Society of Nigeria (FISON) on February 7, 2019.
Through this partnership, FISON will develop pure line of brood stock for catfish. with this, hatchery operators will have access to quality brood stock fro producing fish seed for farmers. FISON is responsible for promoting and coordinating activities in the Fisheries subsector of the Nigerian economy
