Tuoyo Omagbitse Blessing

Tuoyo is an enterprise and market system development specialist with over seven years of experience in designing and implementing programs aimed at supporting small enterprises to grow and small holder farmers in different agricultural value chains to increase their productivity and income.

As market systems development advisor, he manages the poultry value chain interventions and co-manages the MSME Development and linkages project.

He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Delta State University Abraka, a bachelor degree in production engineering (BEng) University of Benin and a national diploma certificate in computer engineering.

He has attended various courses on enterprise development, value chain analysis and development, project management by MDF West Africa, Market systems development (M4P) approach and an exchange/learning visit to Zambia, among others.
