Biography

Abiodun is a Researcher, Data Analyst, and Sustainable Development Practitioner with years of experience focusing on sustainability, social inclusion and economic development. He was a Policy Research Fellow with The Digital Economist, Washington DC USA. He also worked as a Research Assistant for the Interconnections for Making Africa Great, Empowered and Sustainable (IMAGES) Initiative, Ibadan, Nigeria. In addition to his work experience, he is a Fellow of the African Presidential Leadership Program, Egypt; an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative; and a 2019 grant awardee of – and a researcher for – the UN-IFAD in Uganda where he worked on the Project for Financial Inclusion in the Rural Areas (PROFIRA).

Abiodun holds a Masters in Sustainable Development Practice and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. In his current role, he provides data analysis of trending threats to peace, identifies areas in most need of resources and assists in the improvement of the research systems within the overall PIND structure.
