The Seamstarters Project (IV) in Warri is a SPONSORED training on Fashion Design and Tailoring by Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta - PIND under the Youth Employment Pathways Program (YEP)

The aim of this Project is to empower 60 unemployed young people in Delta State with Fashion design & tailoring skills that will translate into revenue generation, job creation, sustainable entrepreneurship and socio-economic growth.

 

Project Duration – 6 months (from April 2024)

Location – Effurun/Sapele Road (before Effurun roundabout), Warri. Delta State.

 

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION

* Age: 16 – 30 years

* Category: Young school leavers with First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) or West African Senior School Certificate (WASSC), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree holders.

*PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

* The vulnerable and disadvantaged (rural, women and people living with disabilities or from coastal communities).

* Unemployed youths with interest in Fashion & Design.

* Residents of Delta State.

 

Only Shortlisted applicants who meet the above criteria will be invited for the interview stage.
