On June 28, 2022,  PIND supported YP Port Harcourt where over 320 young professionals were mentored by 40 industry leaders. The youth received advice on how to plan and sustain a career path.

PIND’s Executive Director, Tunji Idowu, gave a speech at the plenary session titled: “Note to my Younger Professional Self.” He spoke on his own experiences starting out and maintaining his career, and highlighted the necessary things a young person would need to do to navigate their career path. PIND hosted YP Port Harcourt in partnership with Beyond Regular. It’s part of PIND’s continued investment in the Niger Delta youth employment.
