The report helped feed into the establishment of PIND’s Economic Development Center in Warri, Delta State, tailored after the GTZ-supported business information and training centre in Lafia (Nasarawa State), building synergies between the two centres and sharing expertise and support wherever appropriate. The report provided ideas on how to create a hub for market research, entrepreneurship training, access to business information, advisory and other relevant services in the Niger Delta region.
