Imo orders stay-at-home for workers to check COVID-19

APPREHENSIVE about the surge in the second global wave of the COVID -19 pandemic, Governor Hope Uzodimma, has ordered an indefinite stay-at-home for workers beginning from today.

In a statewide broadcast yesterday in Owerri, the governor said the directive was part of measures to contain spread of the virus in all of Imo’s 27 local councils.
