PIND Inaugurates 90 Youths as Peace Champions to Strengthen Early Warning Systems in the Niger Delta

An assessment at the end of the training showed that about 80% of the Peace Monitors sent in properly drafted incident reports which effectively captured the incident narrative, location of the incident, parties involved, gender and the time of occurrence.
