He is a seasoned development and corporate leader with nearly four decades of experience that combines global executive leadership with deep, on-the-ground community engagement. His career spans non-profit leadership, corporate affairs, human resources, and organizational development—bringing systems-driven solutions to complex challenges.

As immediate past Executive Director and Managing Trustee of the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), he led transformative, multi-stakeholder programs in economic development, peacebuilding, and institutional strengthening that established PIND fully on the global stage, raising unprecedented funding and investments from non-traditional sources, directly impacting Nigeria’s Niger Delta region of more than 30 million people. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Chevron within and outside Nigeria, where he built global partnerships that connected business strategy to sustainable community impact.
