Patrick Ekpe is a development planning and capacity building expert, with over 25 years’ experience in project management, logical framework analysis, process and system improvement.
He worked with DFID Capacity Building for Decentralized Development (CBDD) as a National Training Provider (NTP) and Consultant, and also with the Cultural Department of the French Embassy in Nigeria. His previous work
as a field Consultant on the Nigerian Agip Oil Company Green River Project (NAOC-GRP) to develop integrated development plans of swamp communities in Bayelsa and Delta States.
Patrick also worked briefly as a Consultant and Trainer on a World Bank-assisted project for the integrated development of Yobe State. He has over a decade of experience and knowledge of workforce development in the
oil and gas sector, having worked as a company training manager with Saipem Contracting Nigeria.
Patrick is a certified Lead Auditor and an Associate Project Manager. He holds a bachelor’s in Regional Planning from the University of Calabar, Nigeria.
