Niger Delta Weekly Update for August 22-28, 2021
This weekly update spotlights violence against women and girls in the Niger Delta with a focus on sexual violence against children in Ondo State. According to data (see map below), more than 30 incidents of child sexual abuse and exploitation were reported in Ondo State between January 2018 and June 2021.
